One awe-inspiring innovation is the Command Centre, which uses real-time data and predictive software to provide a panoramic view of patient flow throughout the CIUSSS West-Central Montreal. It’s the first of its kind in the province and was praised as a model for other health networks across Quebec by Health and Social Services Minister Christian Dubé.
